Friday 2/22/13

We've had a good amount of snow today, about 5.7" in the last 24 hours.  It's 28 degrees which feels amazing compared to the last few days. We have a NE wind at 8mph.69% humidity and a 21 degree due point.

Right now it's 18 degrees but feels like 4.  It's partly cloudy with winds ENE at 13mph.  We have 57% humidity and 7 degree dewpoint.

Mardi Gras Weather

A very sunny day today! It is 27 degrees, feels like 16. The wind is SSE at 14 mph. 63% humidity with an 18 degree dewpoint.
Tomorrow should be above freezing and still sunny. Snow isn't expected until tomorrow night.


We still have a lot of the storms and flooding moving to the East in the Southern States:

As most everyone knows, it's Mardi Gras!!!!  New Orleans is doing suprisingly well for all the storms.  Right now it's 66 degrees there but they are expected to have some scattered thunderstorms around 8 tonight.

Here's a map showing water vapor, As you can see there is a lot more in the South where the storms have been, it is also too cold here for there to be that much water vapor in WI.
